Dan Regester is the founder of K9 Kavalry 501(c)3, a community and training Non-Profit that helps military veterans treat their service connected disabilities through service dog training. His passion is dogs, and community.

Before devoting his work fulltime to K9 Kavalry, Dan created, grew, and maintained a community of game enthusiasts which at its peak had more than 5000 members in 16 countries. He worked with partners such as Niantic labs and Operation Essex to provide a community space that fostered good will between opposing factions within their gaming platform.

Dan regularly speaks publicly to struggling veterans at group homes like the Salvation Army Family Center and the Washington County Veteran Treatment Court. He is the author and producer of the K9 Kavalry basic training program which has been a resource to over 100 veterans in the last 3 years. He believes in integrity, honor, and fellowship above all other principles and is proud to now be of service for this conference.
